Most of my clients come to me exhausted, bloated, foggy, or just not feeling like themselves, even though their labs look “normal.”

I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and I believe your symptoms aren’t random—they’re signals from your body that together we can make sense of.

My job is to help you uncover what those signals mean, simplify nutrition, and show you how to fuel your body with real food in a way that feels doable in daily life.

Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that steadies your energy, supports your digestion, and helps you feel confident in your health again.

This nutritional therapy service offers 1:1 coaching for men and women in midlife who are tired of diets, “normal” labs, and confusing health advice.

With a focus on nutrition but awareness of other factors that may be affecting your health (such as sleep, stress, digestion, or blood sugar!), we determine a personalized plan forward.

If relevant, we can add GI Map Testing to identify root causes of things like bloating, constipation, fatigue, or food sensitivities.

You’ll get a personalized plan that restores energy, eases digestion, and brings clarity to your health!
