Meet Elaine
I fixed my own health first. Now I help others do the same.
A few years ago, I was spending thousands on doctor's visits and getting the same answer: this is just what happens in midlife. Take the medication. Learn to live with it.
I wasn't okay with that.
So I started digging. I changed my diet, removed toxic chemicals from my home, and started paying attention to what my body was actually telling me.
Within a year, my thyroid antibodies reversed. My psoriasis cleared. My hair grew back. My energy came back.
That experience changed the direction of my career. I'd been in the wellness space since 2006 as a Pilates instructor, but I wanted to go deeper. In 2024, I became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner coach so I could help others get the kind of answers I had to fight for on my own.
Now I use blood labs, clinical questionnaires, and a personalized nutrition approach to help my clients stop guessing and start seeing what's actually going on in their bodies.
