The FDA just admitted something alarming about your food.

 

After years of looking the other way.

 

They're now publicly acknowledging that ultra-processed foods are driving a full-blown metabolic health crisis in America.

 

Eating ultra-processed food daily raises your heart attack risk by 47%.

 

These aren't just candy bars and fast food.

 

We're talking about "whole grain" cereals, flavored yogurts, and protein bars.

 

These are products designed in a lab.

 

Wrapped in health claims.

 

They're engineered to be hyperpalatable, so you eat more of them.

 

Children get over 60%, and many adults over 70%, of their calories from ultra-processed foods. 

 

Dozens of scientific studies have found links between the consumption of foods often considered ultra-processed and numerous adverse health outcomes, including cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes, cancer, obesity, and neurological disorders.

 

And I realize you need convenience when it comes to getting meals on the table.

 

But eating highly processed foods isn’t the answer.
