The boring basics
Complexity sells.
As I talked about in my last email, the wellness industry wants you on a hamster wheel chasing expensive trends.
Big Pharma wants to keep you on a constant cocktail of new medications and procedures.
The reality is it’s a house of cards built on an unstable foundation.
When I get to know clients, more often than not, they need simplicity, not one more hack to help them have more energy or lose weight.
But boring seems too easy. Too simple.
Our brain wants to tell us that managing our health or finances needs to be complex and hard.
We need to follow the latest guru who has cracked the code.
Here’s the reality I see over and over with clients: boring and consistent wins.
Not perfect.
Not complex.
Meals made with simple, whole food ingredients.
You don’t need to become a cordon bleu chef.
A weight lifting routine that includes the basics like chest press, rows, lat pull downs, lunges, squats, and dead lifts.
You don’t need to change your workouts every week and “confuse” your body to gain muscle.
I can help you clear out all the noise that exists in today’s wellness space so you can keep it simple and reap the rewards of better energy, better sleep, and less brain fog.
